Terms of Sale

Short, in plain language. These terms cover buying and using the Deckmate application for macOS.

Who sells Deckmate

Deckmate is made by RAIVEN, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. Purchases are processed by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record on your invoice and handles payment and applicable taxes.

What you buy

A Deckmate license: a one-time purchase that removes the Deckmate mark from presented decks and exports, for the major version you buy it for. The license key arrives by email after purchase and is verified inside the app, on your Mac.

The license is personal

One person, on any Macs they use themselves. There is no machine count and no activation. For teams: one license per person. Please do not share your key; it carries your purchase email inside it.

The free version

Deckmate is free to use without a license. Presented decks and exports carry a small Deckmate mark. Your decks are plain files in folders you own; they open with or without the app and remain yours in every case.

Versions

A license covers its major version (for example, every 2.x release). A future major version may be a new purchase under its own terms.

Fourteen days, no questions. See the refund policy.

The usual limits

Deckmate is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
