Refund Policy

Fourteen days, no questions.

If you bought a Deckmate license in the last fourteen days and want your money back, email hello@deckmate.app from your purchase address, or use the receipt link from our merchant of record. The refund goes back to your original payment method.

What happens to the license

A refunded key stops being valid, and the Deckmate mark returns on presented decks. The app itself keeps working; the free version is the same app.

After fourteen days

Write to us anyway. We would rather hear what went wrong than keep money that feels wrongly kept, and edge cases get read by a human.
